Refund and Returns
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will refund your money if you send it back within 30 days of purchase in its original state, including tags and packaging. This refund does not include the shipping costs, except where the product was:
You cannot return products that you or a third party jeweller have modified.
Process
Prior to returning the purchased item, send us an e-mail ( info@ophelia.com.au ) titled "Return" including your order number, the style number and your reason for the return.
The item then needs to be sent in its original state to this address:

- not what you ordered
- damaged upon receipt of item
- not received by the date specified in the order (where a date was specified)
